Process
The video presents an overview of a large scale project completed by ArtiFactory Studio.
The PROCESS for most jobs may include the following:
Complimentary first meeting to review job site/proposed project, discuss Client's needs, interests, and expectations, and determine pricing. First collaboration/consultation with Client.
Present written Bid based on time and materials, and timeline, based on Client's needs and schedule, and the availability and workload of the Studio.
Present and sign Contract, and invoice for deposit, usually 50% of the Total Price.
Based on meetings with Client, Designers or others, produce samples or mockups, incorporating any requested alterations. Conduct further Client meetings and provide consultation as needed.
When samples or mockups are approved, proceed with Job: complete project at job site, or in studio and present to Client upon completion.
Provide any necessary instructions for maintenance, repair options, and product for touchup. Go over any questions or concerns regarding Job.
Invoice for balance due.
Exceed expectations: In the words of one Client, turn out a result "better then I could ever have imagined."
